Block Panchayat President Chandrika Krishnan released the water budget prepared in Kalpetta Block Panchayat under the leadership of Haritha Keralam Mission with the technical assistance of CWRDM. The water budgets of Kalpetta Block Panchayat and Vaithiri, Pozhuthana, Vengappally, Kottathara, Padinjarethara, Meppadi, Muttil, Moopainad and Thariodu grama panchayats were released. Block Vice President Asma K.K. presided over the function, Haritha Keralam Mission District Coordinator E. Suresh Babu made a presentation on Water Budget. Meppadi Grama Panchayat President K Babu extended felicitation address. Block Panchayat Secretary Pradeepan PP welcomed and Haritha Kerala Mission Resource Person Athira. K.G. delivered the vote of thanks address.  Concerned Panchayat Presidents, Governing Body Members, Officials, Haritha Keralam Technical Assistant, Interns etc. participated.
